Date for TSSSA MTB events: Sunday 6th April 2008.
XC and DH events jointly run by New Plymouth Mountain Bikers and Sport Taranaki.
9 am registration for a 10 am start for the XC event followed by the DH when all finished.
Registration for those attending a secondary school in Taranaki at the main car park off SH3:

What time is the DH expected to start? And what track(s) will it be on? Keen to come out for a look. Cheers.
It should start around 11 am but it depends on how many turn up for the XC event and the weather.
Not sure which track it will be on - one over the back towards the river maybe. Paul will or already has decided.

Weather forecast for Saturday and Saturday night not looking great = plenty of rain.
Any postponement will be on Energy FM at 7 am Sunday.
If all goes well, the XC race will be on the Missing Link/Southern Loop tracks at the southern end of the park while the DH event is intended to be on the Jump Track.
