3-Hrs: Filty Dirty Photos*

*They're muddy mountain bike race photos, but we've just got 2,000 Google hits.
All pics Craig Treanor.

Race Results: 3-Hours of Colson Road

The second of the NPMTB 3-hour races drew a solid field of 46 riders - not bad considering the crap weather and unnamed mountain bike guide book calling it the worst ride in the country. But recent digging efforts by Shane and Axle have built a mighty fine XC circuit round the outside of the forest that's going to ride very nicely when (if?) things dry out a bit.

Big thanks to Craig, for pulling everything together for another good race, and the SPCA for helping with access, use of toilet and entertaining spectators with really cute animals. Incriminating photographs will be posted shortly...

The next race on the calendar is the epic 6 Hours of Hurt: Mangamahoe, Sunday 6 December, but there's a bunch happening in mountain biking in Taranaki before then. Stay tuned.
